The basic are that the Dominant is allowed full control over the submissive, usually for a set amount of time. There are many ways to engage in this play on a intro level, such as for 30 mins, the submissive is tied to the bed and a select allowed of sensory toys are allowed to be used on the submissive. The dominant can then intensify the play by running the toys over the submissive’s body and talking about what will take place. The more extreme is free for creativity and only limits & safewords are stoppers.

Keep in mind there is a pressure on the dominant to perform and on the submissive to stay and not stop the play. Keep these in mind allow both parties space prior to get ready for the play

Go over prior what is and is not allowed. You have the option to create TPE agreements or contract. Please do note this should not be considered legally binding and a safeword will still be needed.

An example for a TPE agreement is “For the next two hours you have permission to do anything you want to me. At any point where i mention the safeword, all must stop and aftercare must start” However the better way is to be more explicit “For the next two however you have permission to do anything related to the below kinks” with a list of kinks, however please do not state ‘impact play’ but rather type out the whips or toys allowed.
