A fun framework for sub training

It can be fun for subs to have a promotional system in the dynamic, that reflects the work they put in.

The promotional system is below. Feel free to use this.

The base idea: My subs have a ranking of collar going from blue -> Purple -> Red -> black, depending on what tasks they have completed. There are certain tasks set on each level testing and engaging the sub in different kinks.

Reasoning: This helps keep, all parties, safe both physically and mentally, so when you get to the extreme plays, you have been through a lot of the milder versions and have a deep knowledge of eachothers, as well as good trust. On the blue & Purple levels you should establish certain frameworks for plays and rules. One thing to consider is some basic expectations around meeting up or voice chats.

A small Example: A Blue collar sub would be expected to greet the dominant in a nice sensual outfit or in a certain position. Whereas a black collar sub, needs to be sitting in a specific position, wear the collar, be ready for sexual activities, and know how to talk and address the dominant correctly. This is just the base level.

You can build this out to add your own expectations on what you expect on what level and create tasks that suits the expectations.

If I feel a sub simply just are softer and would be better suited staying on blue, then that’s what happens.

The monthly calendar can then be build up around this, which helps give structure to the dynamic. It helps increase the communication around expectations. It also helps check for any overlooked/unknown limits, as you go through kinks at a ‘smaller’ level on Blue.
