A fun little play in denial. A common BPO is allowance to cum. You can deny you sub to cum unless they have your explicit permission.

However this does not have to stop there. You have the option to extend this to other things, such as:

• Compliments
• Watching an episode of a certain series
• Alcohol

Over to the more extremes such as

• Food/Diet
• Toilet
• Picking own clothing

Please ensure you set some ground rules when playing with the more extremes, such as “if you have not received my permission after 15 mins, you automatically are allowed”

If your play partner(s) have a level of Blackmail kink then you can add something in such as ‘you can have X, if you do Y”.

Example: If you want to be allowed to tell me how hot I look in this, I want to first have a picture of you looking hot in something

A BPO can be created as well to help with bad habits or to train in certain behaviours.

Example: You say ‘Sorry’ far to much, so unless you have my allowance to apologies, you may not apologies. This way we can discuss prior whether you truly did something you needed to apologies for, or if you are just putting yourself down/overthinking something thats not actually a problem.
