Aftercare Statement

AKA AC statement

The aftercare statement is a great add into any dynamic. Train it in on ‘Blue Collar’ and you will be able to use this during degrading/humiliation plays. See promotional Dynamic

An AC statement should work like Make-up. It should only be used to highlight good features, not cover up bad flaws. Therefore never use a lie in AC. AC should only consist of true positive sides.

You can use it as a reinforcing confidence boost as well, if your sub struggles with self-worth. Though, it is no replacement for therapy!

How to create an AC

Pick around 3 -preferably behavioural- aspects you enjoy about your play partner(s). Ideally the top 3 reasons, you choose to have them as a play partner(s). As an example, if your play partner(s) is intelligent, this can be a good add for the AC statement for that play partner(s).

The AC statement should be an intimate thing between you and your play partner(s), and should be tailored to the play partner(s).

In order to keep it intimate, you can create a shortening of it. An example can be: “you are helpful, you are proud, you are brave” this could be HPB. Then when requested to state it in public, the sub can state HPB, without sharing something intimate.

When to use the AC

AC stands for Aftercare for a reason. It is fantastic to have this trained in so that the sub can repeat it back during the aftercare. This way if the sub have been called “scared”, they do know this is not your true impression of them, as they KNOW that you think them “brave”.

It also reinforces that they know you love them, as they know why they are important to you.
