You can set up protocols for everything, and it can be so hot to have some required rules for the sub. It also provides for a fun punishment should they be broken, without anyone being upset.

A few ideas to protocols can be around the caring aspect, such as ‘Healthcare protocol’ which gives ideas as to how you want the sub to look after themselves. if they are ill you can create a ‘Sick protocol’ which requires them to drink tea or stay in bed or eat something specific only.

In addition you can set some hot Protocols for when meeting up, or even something such as “naked day” on Saturdays. Below is a few examples of some of the different protocols.

Comments; Keep it consensual and let the sub be part of the conversation. Keep in mind the time required when setting rules, so that the sub has time to do own things.

Here is an example of a meeting protocol:

My good boy is NOT allowed to touch or pleasure himself in any way for 3 days before we meet in person.

On the day the sub will make sure it wears remote-controlled toy from waking up till 1-2hrs before and ensure Mistress have access to control 1-2 hours prior to meeting

The sub will prepare self by showering and shaving as required.

My good boy will always meet Mistress in public with the remote controlled plug.

My sub will wear the perfume provide, so it smells like its Mistress.

The sub will wear the collar and ask Mistress for what to wear.

An example of the Healthcare Protocol:

The sub must drink 2 glasses of water a day.

The sub must have 6 hours sleep unless told otherwise.

The sub must eat 1 vegetable. On a Thursday add a nice snack.

The Sub must request specific guidelines for when ill and await instructions.

The sub must have 10 minute walk or fresh air a day.

The sub must avoid stress by following anti stress guides provided.

The sub must complete a weekly exercise provided, as provided by Mistress.

The sub must not watch porn not provided by Mistress.

Wednesdays are cosy hoodie days & share after work activities.

The sub must at least send a message a day even when busy.

The sub must provide proof of following the protocol when directed to do so.

Anti-Stress Protocol

-Make sure your IRL is not overshadowed by online

no mobile during working hours. No mobile allowed after 22.30pm. No non-emergincy messaging when out with friends

Have 2hrs each Friday where Mobile is not allowed

go for regular walks, as per your healthcare protocol

when feeling very anxious, lie down flat on the ground and do boxbreathing or if you can, try and get a VC with me and we can do some guided meditation

venting is good for the soul, so always feel free to vent away, even if over genuinely spilled milk

if you have been started to feel more anxious or have any of the below signs, let me know (lack of focus •tired and unmotivated for more then a day •forgetful of word) Make sure you spend time with positive people, and build friends around uplifting conversations

If something is bothering you at work or home, find a way to fix it. If you can’t, tell me what it is and we will both try (there is no such thing as “it is what it is”)

Sleep time Protocol

This is to ensure Fucktoy gets enough rest so Fucktoy serve perfectly

Bedtime is 24 sharp (BPO if later)

phone/laptop log off at 22.30

Weekend my be up till 2am (BPO if later)

Bed should be made each morning to make sure it’s ready for a tired Pet to tuck into -no exceptions-

Pet should always sleep in bed unless instructed to sleep on floor by Mistress (BPO if you want to sleep on floor)

consume something new from media (ie. Don’t put on a series you have seen before and try and find something that gives different kind of input where you can)

no drinks 2.5hrs before bed this would be at 20.30 the latest. adding a BPO to have food later then 21.30 so watch out for that one.

ensure you have fresh air everyday at your lunch break or while travelling to and from work

if bad dreams or struggling to dream follow the ritual for nightmare (will load in next week)

Notes; BPO stands for ‘By Permission Only’ meaning explicit permission first is required if the sub will not be sticking to it.
